OK: For the 150Meg sample the final files you need are in the BLENDER directory. They should cut OK to a disk as is, for a PC only disk.
If you are making a hybrid WIN/MAC disk, use the BLENHYB directory, and put: LAUNCHER (MAC) and RW.XOj on the HFS partition, all other files should be ISO9660 compliant, and in the same directory, except that in the BEASTVR FOLDER: BEASTVRM and the Xobjects should be on the HFS partition, the rest on the ISO9660, and all in the same directory.
Launch from LAUNCHER (MAC) or BLENDER.EXE for Mac/Windows. Both need Quicktime 2 or later, 5 Meg FREE ram, 13" 256 color monitor and sound blaster or compatible.
If you change/update the movies, use the source movies in VUSFILES, but please protect the director movies before publishing.
Hope it works out:

PS
I've put Quicktime for Windows 2.01 on the disk in the BLENDER/GOODIES folder. If you have 2.03 (the latest) please feel free to replace, and change the readme.txt file mention of 2.01
PPS The BLEN40M is a Hybrid 40 megabyte sample for someone completely different. Ignore it.
